The staff were great. I called the hotel while driving there, several times, and were given directions to get me there. I was frantic and annoyed during one of my phone calls but the staff stayed very professional and encouraged me to keep calling if I needed any further directions. Room was HUGE, extremely clean, and well furnished. I used to work in the hotel industry (at a four star hotel) and was very impressed with the hotel and the staff.
