THE BEDS ARE HARD BECAUSE THE MATRESS WAS LAID ON TOP OF A BOX (THERE WERE NO BOXSPRINGS), RESULTING IN A VERY POOR NIGHTS SLEEP EVERY NIGHT! The hotel was in good repair, cleanliness was average and maid service was slightly below average. The main entry area was well lighted and the hotel staff was friendly. The continental breakfast area was well stocked and clean. We had one minor issue with the employee on duty when we arrived in that we requested adjoining rooms and he responded that he gave us adjoining rooms. When we arrived at the rooms we found that they were next to each other, however they were not connected by a door. The maid service could use some improvement in emptying the trash and vacuuming of the carpets. Overall I was dissatisfied with the facility.

We stayed for one week. The bed was king size and very comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was minumal, your basic cereal and bagels. Only down side was that the bathroom was very small, the door hit the tub every time we opened it. And there is also no elevator. Overall I would definately stay again.

Husband and I are staying here since November 2006. and will stay until the end of April 2007. Stayed in one another hotel in Muncie before (same/similar category) but this is a far better place. VERY clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable. Could not believe that it will be so comfortable to stay in a hotel for a long time, but here we are very satisfied. All staff members are really doing great job to make us feel welcomed.
