  I went up and reserved a room for a ""secret"" night out with the hubby. The room was very clean. We did not hear a sound from any of the other guests or traffic. The breakfast buffet was YUMM-O!!! Make your own waffles, fruits, rolls, donuts, muffins, boiled eggs, cereal, coffee, milk & juice etc.... The pool/spa area was clean and warm!!! Am planning on a weekend there for the kids this weekend!!!

  We had 2 rooms and we had to get clean sheets/pillowcases in both rooms upon arrival. the a/c wasn't working properly in one of the rooms. when ...

  We had 2 rooms and we had to get clean sheets/pillowcases in BOTH rooms upon arrival. The a/c wasn't working properly in one of the rooms. When they cleaned the rooms, on 2 separate occasions, no new towels/washcloths were left. The front desk staff was friendly and apologetic for the things that were wrong, but it left a bad taste in our mouths.

  We fled the premises after 2 hours.
  
  1) the room was filthy. black pubic hairs all over the bathroom, as well as longer head hairs.

  We fled the premises after 2 hours.
  
  1) The room was filthy. Black pubic hairs all over the bathroom, as well as longer head hairs.
  
  2) The room reeked of smoke, even though it was supposed to be nonsmoking.
  
  3) People sitting outside our room in front for the entire time we were there talking. An example of the conversations going on: "I don't care what they do, I ain't going back to jail".
  
  4) Horrible looking sheets and the blanket was matted and seemed dirty. We were going to sleep in our clothes.
  
  5) The lobby reeked of smoke even though it was supposed to be nonsmoking.
  
  6) There was stomping and running over our heads the whole time from the upper floor.
  
  7) We were concerned for our safety at the property.
