This trip was for an anniversary celebration on a budget. I booked the trip over the phone (I usually do so online) so a jacuzzi room could be booked. The agent made an error and we were not reserved the room asked for. online travel website made this right with us and the hotel upgraded our room at no extra charge. The hotel staff, however, was rude about the change and insulted my intelligence at having booked at a travel website (even after stating that we were there to celebrate a happy occasion). I have worked in the service industry and was surprised to be treated so unprofessionally.

Nice place for an overnight. Hotel shared parking area with several other business's and it was packed. Had to circle twice and finally crammed our full size p/u in a space. I think it would be helpful if you had parking spaces designed for motorcycles because there were quite a few that took up entire car spaces for just one cycle. The hotel was full to capacity but you wouldn't have known it was that quiet.

Nice place for an overnight. Hotel shared parking area with several other business's and it was packed. Had to circle twice and finally crammed our full size p/u in a space. I think it would be helpful if you had parking spaces designed for motorcycles because there were quite a few that took up entire car spaces for just one cycle. The hotel was full to capacity but you wouldn't have known it was that quiet.

We arrived to be greeted by no one behind the desk. I called several times with no response. As I was leaving, a young man came around the corner to check me in. The room was very small, but very clean. I would not stay in a room that small for more than one night. Breakfast was a joke. The coffee pots were empty, the milk was gone, none of the toasters worked, the orange juice was gone, and the waffles were pretty tasteless. The only staff member that would come into the kitchen, was the guy from behind the front desk. He was the only staff member I saw all morning. If one of your reasons for staying there is the free breakfast, then don't.

We just spent one night there. It was okay, the room was very small, barely room to walk around the beds. The sink/vanity is in the bathroom, not outside so hard for more than one person to get ready at a time. The hot tub was broken, which we had been looking forward to. The pool was small but we had fun. The breakfast was okay, you could make waffles, but otherwise the same old. There are very small pillows on the beds, we were glad we had our own for the car trip. Location is good with many restaurants further down the road. It was okay, good price. I'd try to find a hotel with a little bigger room next time. It would be just fine for a person traveling alone or a couple. There is no elevator, so getting to the second floor with bags might be a problem for some people.
