  It was an okay stay for your money, the commute to the city is not bad at all. VERY EASY to get to. The hotel was better than one would think, the breakfast was bad though.. the food terrible. The fitness room is a closet with a TV, treadmill and a ellipse. The staff is creepy however, it is unprofessional to smoke outside your facility in front of your guests. They rooms were okay, they had a microwave and a fridge which is nice, the bathroom was alright too. I would recommend this hotel but I would try to find someone better before staying there again. Overall it wasn't the best experience or the worst either.

• Hotel seems to not like Travel online bookings-

• It is ok, but would not recommend

  Pros:
  the personnel is polite and the service is ok.
  the location is convenient (close to o'hare) if you are in a hurry to catch a flight ...

  Pros:
  The personnel is polite and the service is ok.
  The location is convenient (close to O'hare) if you are in a hurry to catch a flight the next day, and the roar of the plains does not bother you.
  
  Cons:
  The facility is a bit worn out. It needs some renovating work.
  I had the feeling that bed sheets were not changed. Did not feel clean. I found hair on my pillow (!), long and white, which no one in my family has. Actually this is what motivate me to write this review, otherwise I would be one of the those slightly dissatisfied customers who rarely complain.
  
  I paid $100/night and did not feel it was worth it, if it was $60 it would be fine.

• Good value, close enough to airport

  The free airport shuttle is nice (look up the O'Hare layout to find the bus/transit center to save time wandering around). The room was fine for the money. My non-smoking room really was a non-smoking room, which is nice. The breakfast was simple, but good (you can make your own waffle). I got a ride on the shuttle back to the O'Hare CTA train in the morning. The hotel is close (but not -too- close; not noisy) to the airport--10 minute shuttle ride.
  Overall, I was satisfied and feel that it was a good value and I would stay there again.

  This is one of the best deals I have found! The staff is first rate and the shuttle to the airport is prompt. I will definitly return when in the Chicago Ohare area. Like the last review stated its clean & basic.
