I was pleased with the accommodations at this hotel. The only negative would be that I thought all Comfort Inns provided continental breakfast. We are not big breakfast people, but do like a roll or some cold cereal and a cup of coffee and juice.

The room was just gross. We had a gnat problem and did not have food or sweet things out to attract them; they were just there. The carpet was dirty, the wallpaper was peeling and this is the first time we've ever really thoroughly checked a hotel bed for bedbugs. There was hair in the bathroom and dirt in the shower. We were on the first floor which did not have an ice machine. We went to the 2nd floor and the ice machine was broken. We went to the 3rd floor and the ice machine was broken. Found a working one on the 4th floor. I rarely write reviews but felt that this hotel certainly did not live up to the ratings we viewed and used to book the room through travelocity.

08/28/2009Hotel was not good. however their workers were nice and helpful. now back to the hotel. first, frig did not work properly...ice machine was out....gym plus the equipment ...
Hotel was not good. However their workers were nice and helpful. Now back to the hotel. First, frig did not work properly...ice machine was out....gym plus the equipment did not work...the indoor pool did not have clear water...tried to lap swim WITH goggles and still had to count strokes. Guess ya get what ya pay for. Prices are outrageous in Ocean City.

I must say that I was skeptical about the stay at the Comfort Inn, but it was truly a delight! The best part was the incredible and unexpected comfort of the bed! I slept like a log for the two nights that I stayed there and felt great the following day. If you need a good place to stay that's away from a lot of the crowds of OC, this is definitely a great hotel to choose, especially for the rate we paid.
