  This hotel was reasonably priced, but no vending on 2nd floor, as well as no elevator to 2nd floor so we had to carry heavy bags upstairs.

  Stains on walls in bathroom. Carpet was dirty. We visit Ames a couple time per year to visit our daughter. This place was bad. Breakfast was unappealing and water for tea tasted bad.

  Large and clean rooms. excellent bed. friendly staff. nice swimming pool with hot tub. very good breakfast with nice looking display. will stay here again. recommend to everyone.
