We have been staying here about 4 or 5 times a year since it opened. The staff is always attentive and helpful. Forgot your toothpaste? shaving cream? not to worry , they have travel size available. Good breakfast room,lots of good restaurants in the area, friendly bar tender in the evenings who puts out fresh baked cookies at the coffee station. Small work out room,the weights left a few years ago. Whirlpool indoors and outdoor pool., Free laundry room. Very close to the Aventura Mall...great shopping, DSW, BB&B, Old Navy around the corner. Small shops across the street. The hotel received a makeover a year or so ago, new linens, furniture etc. Very comfortable.

Dependable service, clean rooms. Property has been there for a while and it looks a little old around the edges (furniture was a bit worn, rooms are no-frills, no bar, only breakfast in the restaurant). Gym and pool area were pretty nice. Conference room was spacious and setup on time. The shopping areas around the hotel are somewhat vacant now, so don't plan on walking to much of anything.
