Poor Customer Service - Empty "Market"

I will never stay here again. We stayed here recently (Feb 2009) and the front desk attendant was nothing less than rude. We were too tired from our trip to go out to eat so we decided to stop in the "Market" advertised as a part of the hotel (right next to the front desk) to grab some snacks. The price list indicated that there should be double what was available. When one of my companions suggested fruit might be a good addition the front desk attendant replied "that's not my job." She was quite unpleasant. When we tried to reach the front desk for extra blankets, a wake-up call, or check-out the phone would ring several times then a message was given that the switchboard was busy. Strange how the phone never rang once while we were at the front desk, yet we could never get anyone to answer when we called. F- for service. The hotel was clean. The beds were soft (not something I like).

I had a great room, clean (except for the food receipt I found under the desk), but the food is only so-so. The charge for breakfst is just under ten bucks, and continental breakfasts just as good or better are included at other hotels.....
