I have stayed at this particular Courtyard many times in the past because it's quiet & off the beaten path AND I've had great service. My recent stay the weekend of March 20 - 22 was a disappointment. When I checked on Friday, 3/20, I asked what time breakfast was on Saturday. 6 am to 10 am. Great. I had to leave no later than 7:30 Sat. morning. Saturday morning, I go to the breakfast area at 7 am. It's dark. I turned & asked the lady at front desk what was going on - why was the breakfast area dark? I'm THEN informed that on the weekends breakfast is served from 7:30 - 10 am. I mention I was told 6 am to 10 am. Ah. That's Monday - Friday. I ended up eating at McDonalds down the street to stay on schedule. Saturday afternoon, I return @ 3:30. I'm loaded down with all my bags from the event I was at - trying to get in the middle entrance door on the side of bldg. My electronic key no longer works. I haul everything around the bldg. The front desk reactivates my key. Get to my room only to find that housekeeping had YET to make up my bed and give me new towels! Call the front desk. I crashed in the front lobby until @ 5pm when it was finished. :( Sunday morning - I get the bill under my door. I get charged for a bottle of water I never drank. I call the front desk to say the single bottle had been there since I arrived & was still there. Turns out there was supposed to be TWO bottles in the room. UGH. Prev. occupant likely took it. It got removed & I left.

I would stay here again. The room was small, but if you are just sleeping here, then it didn't matter too much. However, I would ask for a larger room if there is more than 1 person and you plan on spending any time in there! The staff was nice and helpful. Our refrigerator was broke, but the engineer came quick and replaced it! He was very efficient.

I found the hotel to be very clean and in good proximity to 635 and was right next to beltline in addison that has all the restaurants and bars you could want. Have stayed 4 times so far and will stay again in a few more weeks. I am very picky about the cleanliness of a hotel and how the grounds are kept up and I was impress by both and as for security your in addison one the best police secured cities in Dallas.
