I needed a hotel at the Atlanta Airport while I was in town for business. The staff and quality of the hotel were exceptional! True Marriott service! I needed information from the front desk about local restaurants and they presented me with a variety options. Breakfast in the hotel was great and plentiful. The fitness center needs to be updated, but besides that the hotel was an excellent choice! I will definitely return to this hotel!

Early check-in,room location,billing,airport shuttle,restaurant hours,security all need MAJOR renovation. Why make advance reservation and be ""member"" when rooms are not clean two hours after normal check in !! Only one person at desk,waited thirty minutes to get told rooms dirty. Info on car is not even asked for-suspicious activity around my car not even reported to me.(bystanders informed me) Call taxi rather than depend on shuttle-rude is understatement.
