  This hotel is amazing. Yes, its an older hotel but the staff there is so great that it makes up for it. You walk in and are greeted with a warm welcome. I walked up to the front desk and had a cheerful front desk girl greet me. She reviewed my reservation and told me about the amenities they offered at this hotel. She gave us our keys and showed us the direction of my room. The breakfast is amazing. Yes, you have to pay for it but its not a dinky one so its worth it. And ITS ALL YOU CAN EAT!! They greet you ever time you walk in or out of the hotel and its a nice feeling knowing you matter. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. And I will be back.

• The most awful service I have ever received from ANYWHERE!

  This hotel is worse than horrible. At check in, they gave us the wrong room type. We told them it was incorrect, and the woman working there, told us we were mistaken and that it IS the correct room. No, it wasn't, we were missing a bed! We insisted it was the wrong room type and she rudely told me she would get us a new room, then hung up on me! We also had requested a crib in the room and it was not there nor was it given to us after we changed rooms. It only got worse from there. They charged my card $ for incidentals, 'just in case' we had any charges to our room during our stay. They never notified us they were charging this to our card upon check in. Then they charged another $ to our card! I wanted an explanation, and they told me they didn't know why they charged me the $. How can a hotel can charge someone's card $ and have no idea why? Sounds illegal to me! I was considering calling the police, they did not have my permission to charge me the $ or the $! They left me with no money during my stay because of this, but they didn't care. To make it worse, I found out about these charges to my card while I was out for dinner with my 3 young children and my card was declined because the hotel took all my money and left me with only $2.00 in my account. They could care less that I was 1000 miles from home with 3 children and no money. The horrible night staff woman told me she couldn't help me with this problem then she walked away and left!

  We really enjoyed our stay! after we checked in the manager called to see if we needed anything or if there was anything they could do better! my only complaint ...

  We really enjoyed our stay! After we checked in the manager called to see if we needed anything or if there was anything they could do better! My only complaint was that it was not made clear that the breakfast buffet was not included with the room and it cost us $40! We would definitely stay here again!
