I was very pleased with my stay at the West Little Rock Courtyard. The location was fantastic with more than 80 restaurants within ten minutes of the hotel. Free parking and a very secure enviornment made me very comfortable during my stay. The rooms were large and well designed. Free internet in the rooms helped me stay connected during the stay. However, the best thing about this property was the staff. The people were very outgoing and friendly. From the housekeepers to the front desk everyone was smiling and very plesant. It was a great experience and I cannot wait until my travels bring me back to Little Rock and this hotel! They know how to do it right!

The hotel is very nice. However, their idea of a "coffeemaker" is a device that brews 1 cup at a time and only 1 packet (cup) of coffee is left in the room. This is the reason we will not stay again. Apparently the marketing is they want you up and out of room and down in lobby for their $10.00 breakfast buffet. You can (and we did) get free coffee in the lobby, but their are plently of other hotels in Little Rock. Also it was interesting that the front desk clerk brought her daughter to work with her to hang in the lobby and apparently she enjoyed telling the people checking in to "be quiet".

First stay was okay, since then we needed to take our child back to arkansas childrens hospital. There reservation methods have changed and I received a very rude non helpful person who became somewhat of a smart mouth until I asked to speak to her supervisor. Still they seemed to not have a rate for Arkansas Childrens Hospital patients less than two months after we were there the first time. Something should be done about this.
