Room was clean and desk person very nice. There was some ambiquity regarding whether breakfast was included in the room fee or not, but in the end, breakfast was free. We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel to retreat to after a Notre Dame football game, and I think that the drive to this hotel was too far from South Bend after a game.
