My husband and I along with our 3 young children stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Knotts Berry Farm. What an excellent experience! The staff is wonderful and courteous, we were given a lovely room overlooking the courtyard and pool, the room was clean, spacious, beds were comfortable, a/c worked great. Many restaurants and fast food nearby, across the street from Mideval times, and Knotts Berry farm, free parking, lovely place, would definitely recommend!

The hotel was close to dining & Disneyland & down the block from Knottsberry Farm & just minutes from the beach. The room was super clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The pool and spa were clean & sparkling. Enjoyed the stay.

We stayed because my daughter was in a cheer competition at Knotts. I was very please with the rooms (I'm picky) and the staff went above & beyond to help our large group find a restaurant that could accomidate us. I'd stay there again in a heart beat.

This was my third time to stay at this hotel. The beds are always ""dreamy"" comfortable. The rooms are clean. Every room has a balcony or ""patio"". No smoking throughout the hotel. Nice grounds and free breakfast on weekends. It's across the street from medieval times and pirate dinner theater, short drive to Disney. Next door is the wax museum and PoFolks resturaunt (very good). Down the street is Knott's. I've stayed here for the All Ford show at Knott's in April. This place is great for the price, location, and comfort of bed (always important). I look forward to my next stay!

Race for the Elevator!

Great hotel but one very frustrating problem..The house keeping staff on three different occasions literally ran past me to get on the elevator with their cart! Elevators were small so we just had to wait or use the stairs. Using the stairs isn't a big deal unless you're forced to by the poor service of a staff member. It really tainted a four or five star experience
