This was one of the filthiest run down hotels I have ever stayed at in my life. I booked the room through the internet and let me tell you that the pictures do not do it justice. The pics on the web site were obviously taken at the time of the hotel opening when it was new. The lobby and hallways smelled of body odor. Curtains were dingy and the bedspreads stained, bathroom tub had a ring around it that would not wash away. The pool was filthy with non working filter and had hair floating on top of it. Complained to the hotel clerk and all he would to was shrug his shoulders and say - sorry! The local hotel manager manager was unresponsive and the Days Inn Corp Customer Care Rep gave me the response of "Each hotel is individually owned and operated, please take up your complaint with the local franchisee" - this did no good. I would not have stayed at this hotel except for the fact was credit card was already charged and it was too late to cancel. I would sleep in my car at a rest stop before staying at this hotel again.

Great facilities. I had hesitated due to earlier extremely negative post, but it sounds like someone had a bone to pick. One word of warning: Don't stay here in mid-summer. The prices are doubled. Front desk explained it was due to big events. Not an appropriate justification in my mind.

06/12/2006The non-smoking rooms, and entire hotel reek of smoke. our room was filthy including fecal matter in toilet, blood stains on sheets, bugs in the bed, wad of hair ...
The non-smoking rooms, and entire hotel reek of smoke. Our room was filthy including fecal matter in toilet, blood stains on sheets, bugs in the bed, wad of hair in the tub, dirty blankets, etc!
