Stayed there for 2 days. Its one of my worst hotel experiences. Definitely not a place to stay if you are with your family. Maintenance was poor. The tap water smelled of iron. There was no hot water in the tap for 10 mins after you turn it on. The security was poor with multiple entries to the hotel where the access cards didn't work and anybody could walk in. The complimentary breakfast had few options .

Directions provided to get to the hotel were not clear and when we called for clarification, they were not any better at getting us to them. When we finally arrived and checked in, we were sent in the wrong entrance and had to carry our luggage twice the distance. We could not sleep because of the dance club right outside our window. When we called, they asked if we wanted to try another room. It was 2:30 am and our stuff was all over; I'm not sure another room would have been any better. It was the bass I could feel in my chest that was the worst! In the morning, we had to let the water run for 20 minutes before we could shower. When we called to see if we could shower in another room, none were available. Thus, we were twenty minutes late out the door for our day. Not a dirty hotel but lots of glitches.

The heading just about covers it all. There was nothing special about the place; it did a job of giving me an overnight stay en route to another destination. I could not imagine wanting to spend several nights there but for the one night, it was perfectly adequate.

Worst hotel that I've every stayed in. There were little black hairs all over the mattress pad. Asked for a different room and the 2nd room was the same. It seems as if the mattress pads are never washed. Sink faucet had dried toothpaste residue everywhere. Customer service was rude and didn't do anything to handle our complaints properly. The only decent part of the entire thing was the shuttle service to and from the airport.

The shuttle service ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. I have to wait at the airport for more than half an hour every night. The last night I even had to wait almost 2 hours. It is definitely NOT 24-hour service. It takes an hour to go back and forth. The staff says they won't offer shuttle after 10pm and we can only use the shuttle twice a day. The shuttle driver is not a nice guy and doesn't speak English well. He asked me for tips for just opening the van door.
The front desk service is just okay and the continental breakfast is very limited.
Chicago is a nice place for vocation, but this motel just ruin my mood every day.
