  Charged our card on the wrong day and would not let us cancel our reservations. very rude. would not recommend to anyone!! previous stays proved to have uncomfortable beds, dirty ...

  CHARGED OUR CARD ON THE WRONG DAY AND WOULD NOT LET US CANCEL OUR RESERVATIONS. VERY RUDE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!! PREVIOUS STAYS PROVED TO HAVE UNCOMFORTABLE BEDS, DIRTY POOL, AND BAD BREAKFAST.

  I chose to stay at Days Inn based on their consistent reputation for being clean, safe and affordable. Was I mistaken this time. It was definitely a safe location and was clean enough. Unfortunately when I prepared to shower that night, much to my surprise, there was No hot water. I called the front desk, they assured me it was because the hotel was almost full and too many people were using the hot water at the same time. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, decided to shower in the morning. Still No Hot Water! Called again. At that time they said there was a problem with the hot water heater. They should have told the customers that night. I would have changed hotels with no hard feelings. The way it stands now, I will tell everyone Not to stay at this Hotel. The A/C also needed some work. When it was turned on the vents, which direct the air flow, fell off. Just the icing on the cake. If you have a choice, do not stay at this hotel.
