  Comfortable and convenient to the park entrance. a little high, but everything in the area is pretty expensive. no complaints.

  The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful, but the hotel is old and uninviting. Everything in West Yellowstone Park is overpriced, but the trip through Yellowstone Park makes it worthwhile.

  Our only bad experience with this hotel was the wait to check in. We arrived just a couple of minutes before their posted check-in time of 3pm. We were told the room was not ready and we were asked to come back in 15-20 minutes. We came back 20 minutes later and we were told the same thing. Finally, a little past 4pm the room was ready. Other than this, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast and service at their restaurant was good, but we preferred the food and service at the Running Bear just down the road.

  This was a good place to stay at a good price for our trip to Yellowstone National Park. It was very quiet and I loved the side entrance doors so that we could get to our room without having to go through the lobby. The pool was fun for our family to play and relax in after a day at the Park. We plan on going again next year and staying at this hotel.

  If the hotel was previously under construction, it is no longer in need of repairs. our family found the hotel to be clean and our room was very spacious. i ...

  If the hotel was previously under construction, it is no longer in need of repairs. Our family found the hotel to be clean and our room was very spacious. I was impressed with the staff and found them to be very helpful and friendly. We were traveling with an infant and they were very accomodating and willing to meet our needs. I would stay here again!
