The lock on the door was broken and the dead bolt could be opened from the outside. When the night manager was contacted he stated it does not work that way. When shown he could not explain it. The room had water damage and was not clean. When I confronted the front clerk the next morning about the issue the manager would not even come out to discuss the issue. The stench in the hallways was unbelieveable and the trash was piled up by the elevator. I suggest you find other places to stay as they do not care about their customers.

The hotel is older, which would be okay if it appeared kept up. The rooms and hallways were dark, dingy and NOT clean. I would not stay again and would not recommend it for this reason.

I have stayed at this Days Inn several times and have always enjoyed it. The continental breakfast (cereal, toast and muffins) is decent, and it lets you get out the door quickly. Rooms are well maintained, and kept clean. This is a very good bargain for the cost. The location is very, very convenient, close to the highway but you really don't hear any traffic noise. Close to stores and a variety of restaurants, from Bob Evans next door to everything from fast food to sit down within a mile. My only caveat is that the hallways seem to smell smoky, as Ohio allows smoking and non-smoking rooms on the same floor (and I've tended to be on the ground floor near the bar/club (again which allows smoking inside).

We arrived at midnight with a 6 month old during a road trip... staff was extremely friendly and got us signed in w/ no problems VERY quickly. Room was very clean and comfortable... breakfast in the morning was good and fresh. I can be very picky about hotels and I was very pleased with my stay here!

We arrived a bit early, and they jumped right on preparing the room for our stay. Alot of credit for the fast turnaround of the room. THANKS. Very friendly, helpful and accomadating, good value for the money. Will stay again.
