  Good location for Look Out Mtn. and Ruby Falls. That however is the only good thing about this place. Lady at front desk was nice. Room was gross! Stains in carpet, door looked like it has been kicked in at some point. The beds were horrible. The bathrooms were clean but falling apart and by falling apart I mean the thing that holds the toilet paper was falling out of the wall. I was afraid to walk around barefoot and wished I had brought shower shoes. Walls are thin, but not too noisy. The area was kind of sketchy. If you can stay elsewhere, if i had young children I wouldnt have stayed the night there. I did book two nights and only stayed one.
