The hotel has taken another step toward its initiative of being one of the premier eco-friendly properties in West Michigan, with the recent installation of an Aquawing 'Aqua-Fusion' Ozone System in the property's laundry room. Aqua-Fusion maximizes its cleaning ability and antibacterial strength through the use of Ozone, a natural substance and clear gas that is created when the oxygen that we breathe is exposed to electricity or to Ultraviolet light.

Even though the hotel is undergoing major renovations and construction it still was clean and not noisey. There was a construction worker literally working 9 doors down and we never heard him. The only downfall was the pool was out of comission. Other than that a fantastic time.

The hotel was adequate. Our room looked over the roof and also the freeway so not too scenic. The room was clean. We only had three towels but they brought the fourth after we called. It would have been nice if the cleaning staff hadn't been having a debate outside our room at 9 in the morning.

I booked this hotel on really short notice, the staff remembered me from my last visit and was nothing short of amazing once again. I cannot recomend this hotel enough and will always stay here whenever I am in the Grand Rapids area. The entire place was clean including the room. I highly suggest staying at the Days Hotel in Downtown Grand Rapids!

This is the third time I have stayed at the Days Hotel Grand Rapids Downtown this year. Everytime I have amazing service, an incredible room, and couldn't ask for more. The staff goes above and beyond making sure my needs or accomodations are completely satisfied. I definitely recomend this hotel for anyone staying in the area.

This is the second time this year I have stayed at the Days Hotel in downtown Grand Rapids. It's a lovely hotel and the staff is incredible I look forward to staying again for all my return trips to Grand Rapids.
