My husband and I stayed here this summer jjust touring around the area. I must admit, the staff what fantastic, we stayed at Comfort Inn in the Harrisburg area last year, and they were very very rude. They were friendly, imformative, and very helpful. The room was large, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious for a continental breakfast. The employees apparently liked their jobs and were happy the people were there. We heard no noises at night, the entire place was very very clean, and did not have a medicinal smell. The vending area was stocked well. For the price, this was excellent, and when we are in that area again, we will stay there.

When I called to make reservations, I was told the only rooms available were smoking. I have stayed in smoking rooms before but this was the absolute worst. I had to go out and purchase Fabreeze and Oust to try and get rid of some of the odor. The hotel needs "freshen" the rooms when they clean. Also, there wer several cigarrette butts on the floor when we got to the room - not cool with children and dog!
The beds were terrible. Both double beds had huge indentations in the middle of the beds.
On a positive note - the breakfast provided was very good.
