Check in/out was extremely fast and painless but once we got to the room we noticed the towels and pillow cases were brown. It looked like they had been dropped in a mud puddle. The comforter had what looked like blood stains. The fridge wasn't even plugged in. I would not stay here again. I've paid less and had better.

I was on my business trip and saw there sign from the high way. after checked in into the room I saw bugs and the bed spread had holes in it and also smell like very smoky, even I was in a non smoking room. I dont think so that I would recommend to anyone.

Would not stay again. Nonsmoking room smelled like it had been a smoking room. Maid service was very unsatisfactory. Left trash on night stand, bottom sheet on bed came off bed while sleeping. Heard trucks all night long.

The hotel is located behind 2 closed restaurants yards from a major interstate. The room was adequate for our needs, but not what we booked. We booked a king non smoking and ended up in a smoking , 2 full room. The carpet was almost threadbare between the beds The room did have a refrigerator, iron and ironing board, coffee maker and hair dryer provided.

I booked ahead for a standard king size room. Upon check-in they gave me a handicapped room . I disapproved of this because it had a bench in the shower, no tub, and a handheld shower. O.K. for a handicapped person but not for me. I inquired about this and they said they only had jacuzzi room left. I agreed to this at the price of $25 extra per night. Then the guys wife comes out and says he told her it would be an extra $40 dollars a night. I disagreed and asked for the husband to come to the desk and she wouldn't get him. She said he was in the shower. These people are very, very rude. I called Travelocity whom I booked through and they also reported back to me that they very rude to them too. Finally, Travel online asked me if I'd like to switch hotels, which I agreed to. I've stayed at this hotel 2-3 times a year but will never stay there again. Beware
