I've stayed at this motel for over 5 years and the managment team has changed twice which i knw of, the current managers you can tell have taken charge on cleanliness in the rooms as well as overall property. After the remodel of the bathrooms and new pillow top beds i would gladdly pay more then the avg rate i just payed this past weekend i was in ruidoso of * dollars. internet was also good n kids loved the pool. p.s. i dislike how people whom find anything in general good never place comments such as this online. it affects so much for little motels like this.

We will never stay again. Our key was turned off and we had trouble getting into the room. When we finally got into the room, we found it had not been cleaned. The next morning we asked for towels and the housekeeper was very rude.

Pool and Jacuzzi not working, No ice in ice machines, coffee maker not cleaned after previous traveler, iron did not work. no kleenex, requested working iron three times and was never replaced.
