  We stayed at this Days Inn in Crossville, TN on our way to the Smokies. When we got up the next morning the room was crawling with roaches. We killed 5 and another was under the clock on the nightstand. We were very disgusted and when I told the clerk at checkout she just shrugged her shoulders like it was no big deal.

  The room was fairly clean but had a bad odor (musty or urine-like). Left the door open after check in for a while and that seemed to help a little. Also, the TV reception was not very good.
