The rooms are OK for the price. For $** it's well worth the stay. You may be tempted to get a drink in the lounge (bully's lounge). DON'T DO IT! The lounge is under completely different ownership from the hotel. The owners of Day's Inn are nice...It's a family owned business. However, Bully's Lounge is a really ***** bar. Stay away for Bully's Lounge! Stay in the hotel, it's a good deal for the money. If you want a drink, just go to applebee's, it less than 1/2 mile away.

We stayed in Evansville at the Days Inn because it was close to Earlanton, the home of the people we were visiting. The front desk and all staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a handicapped accessible room, which was very clean, large and comfortable. The price was very reasonable and we would stay there again.

The people are really nice but the guest rooms are not very well kept. I stayed at the hotel a few years ago and I was very pleased with it. When I visited in April of 2006, I was amazed by the lack of attention given to keeping the place clean. What a disappointment.
