**WARNING** First of all, for security purposes - all rooms face the exterior of the building. I found out later that this hotel is in the "rough" area of town, near Gate 7 of Fort Campbell, and in close proximity to strip joints and adult entertainment locations. The decorative ceiling lamp had four out of five bulbs burned out and the desk clerk didn't even notice. This lack of attention to detail signaled a warning that carried through to all aspects of my stay. When I entered the room, the heat was on, in spite of the temperature being in the 60's. The sink was cracked. Light bulbs were mismatched. The furniture is worn OUT. The TV remote control was so used that the writing on it was worn out. The TV was obsolete. The phone had a sticker on it from 2007 that most likely a guest had placed on it and it had never been removed. The carpet was filthy, especially in the corners and on the sides. The continental breakfast that is advertised??? - Little Debbies, straight from the box. I'm not kidding. .....And no fresh fruit. This place is a DIVE!!!!!

Checked in after 3 p.m. on a Thursday, and it was a terrible experience. The front desk clerk was terrible. She did not know how to check-in reservations made through Travelocity. She tried to tell me my credit card was declined. Went next door to gas stations used it showed her receipt, she still contend declined. She informed me also all rooms were smoking, which was not true. Room smelled horrific. Had to pay in cash first night. Morning clerk was much better. She returned my cash did my online travel website reservation with no problem and gave me a non-smoking room. The rooms were not very clean smoking and non-smoking. Toilet stop-ups and rings in tub, floors not very clean.......nutshell .....BATHROOM GROSS

07/10/2007There was alot wrong. no new towels daily, old ones left in room. never cleaned coffee pot out or counter. didn't leave fresh supplies.etc... will not return there ...

04/07/2007Their was mildew on the shower curtain,mold on the wall,the toilet stopped up multiple times, and we were late to 2 meetings because you kept us on hold ...
their was mildew on the shower curtain,mold on the wall,the toilet stopped up multiple times, and we were late to 2 meetings because you kept us on hold for 30 minutes or longer about 6 times, and also asked us to find ourselves another hotel.this experience was far less than enjoyable.
