We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and they ran out of clean towels both nights. We never had any towels in our room at all and when we ask they had none. The tub would not drain and the room was not all that clean. We will never stay again.

It was just terrible
08/14/2008Lobby staff was ok...but the room was old, shower leaked all over and toilet was slow to flush, took a while!!...door to adjoining room top lock was damaged ...
Lobby staff was OK...but the room was old, shower leaked all over and toilet was slow to flush, took a while!!...door to adjoining room top lock was damaged and curtain to front window at center of rod was falling down. Lastly there where ants all over the door and AC unit. I booked this room because a review I read from the add said it was newly renovated...if it was, it was a long time ago and it shows. Never again.

My husband and I were in town for my grandmother's funeral. We had stayed at the hotel before several times before due to the affordability, and the trip before last impressed us because the room was very clean and had been updated with granite counter tops making it look more luxurious. However, this trip was very disappointing. When we got to the hotel, the night shift operator was not very friendly. When we got to our room (after driving 11 hours) we realized there was only 1 wash towel and 1 bath towel. When we called down to the front desk to ask for more, we were told there weren't anymore and that when some were ready we would have to come and get them....at 12:00am. The tub had seen better days, the toilet took forever to flush and the bath room door would not close. Also the security lock on the door looked as though it had been been kicked off. Needless to say, we were extremely nervous about leaving our personal belongings in the room, even with a safe. I would never stay there again.
