Checked in on a Friday evening and checked out 1 hr. later. The room was dirty and with a very deep musty smell. The carpet was decrepit and disgusting. The mattress was old, worn out and very uncomfortable. If that wasn't enough seen a roach in the room and when I opened the drawer to the night stand a spider with very long legs crawled out. In addition, the room below us was apparently conducting some extra curricular business activities out of it. As people were milling about outside the room and coming and going regularly. I went to the front desk to request a refund and was told they couldn't do that since I made the reservation through Travel online. Told me to call the manager on Monday. We shall see if they do the right thing! To summarize, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

06/26/2009I thought for what i paid it was a nice stay other than not having a pool. i couldnt believe that! everything else was nice and i would stay again!

I made my reservation the same day that I needed the room. The front desk staff was very friendly and had quick service. She knew that I would be arriving soon, and made sure that she had the necessary paper work to get me to my room. Also, she gave me proper driving instructions around the building to find the room. It was raining outside and I had my son with me. The room was clean, tv guide was legible, and the remote had batteries! (Some other hotels don't have that!). Checking out was just as quick as checking in was. I live in Edgewood, and I would stay there again. It was my home away from home for one night!

The place was newly renovated and beautiful. However, it was not cleaned well. The bed was made but there was hair in the bathroom and a used offee filter in the coffee pot. Gross. One key did not work to the door. As a single female checking in at midnight, safety is a big concern. Being left in the dark trying to use a key that won't work doesn't help. Also, when I entered the room, the light on the switch would not not work. So much for safety. The manaer never asked howmy stay was, get this because she was too busy chatting it up with the houskeeping supervisor. No joke.
