  The front desk person never spoke a work. i walked in and said that we had a reservation, gave her my name, and i asked if they had the reservation. ...

  The front desk person never spoke a work. I walked in and said that we had a reservation, gave her my name, and I asked if they had the reservation. She shook her head yes. Handed the paper for me to sign and gave me the keys.
  
  We had a dog in the room next to us that barked.
  
  The rooms were nothing great and very "worn".
  
  The entrance in the in the back of the hotel was not locked and did not need a key entry. I felt unsafe.
  
  Breakfast was awful. The donuts were dry and the other choices were slim.
  
  Definitely not some place I would stay again.

  We enjoyed our stay as always. the hotel gives excellent service all the way around with very clean cozy rooms. the breakfast is also wonderful!
