The room needed vacuming and the balcony outside the room slooped downward toward the parking lot. It was scary to wolk on. There was no stairs where we had to go up to our room. We had to circle around the back of the motel top get upstairs. It was not the nicest place but neither was it the worst we have stayed in. Quiet and the resturant next door gave us 10% off for eating there. The food was extremely good and generous. The frig in the room was dirty and smelled bad. It was 2 out 5 at best.

The Days Inn & Suites located in North Dayton is operating under new management. They have made significant improvements through extensive renovations to all of their guest rooms. The Days Inn & Suites now offers great complementary services, including free continental breakfast, in-room hairdryer/coffee/iron & board, and free internet. It is evident that the Days Inn & Suites provides the best value at the best price in North Dayton.

I will never recommend this place, Days Inn should clean this place up, it is filthy. When my husband and I checked out at the desk it had a sign up saying "condemmened" and we had to pay alot of monety to stay here even with that sign up. The staff is rude.......don't stay here people........find another place........this is a real dump!

The room was filthy and smelled bad. My feet were black from walking on the carpet. The linoleum was greasy and slippery. Wall paper was tearing off the wall. The internet connection was down the entire time. When I addressed by dissatisfaction with the hotel staff, they were rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and do not stay at this hotel.
