Niether bed was set properly on the frame. Hotel clerk refused to fix the problem and my wheelchair bound daughter, her health care worker, and I (a 60+ grandmother) were left to struggle with the bed to try to get it on the frame. It turned out that the frame was simply too large rather than being badly installed. This caused numerous problems for the wheelchair (kept hitting the frame) and our shins. The hotel was dirty and every sound from the nearby rooms could be heard through the walls. I have never had a worse experience in a hotel.

The room was dirty and had an awful smell. Unfortunately I was delivering a boat in the area and it was the only place with an opening. I should have slept in my truck, then I would have known when it was last cleaned and the truck would hae been more comfortable. Bad enough for a single guy, if you have a family and love them don't take them here.

This hotel is awful. The rooms are EXTREMELY dirty, the room keys never seem to work, the towels/beds/pillows are hard, the staff/management are rude, the exterior is falling apart, could go on and on... Please save yourself the experience, and go somewhere else.
