  I stayed at the Comfort Inn on Apr 8 and was not pleased with the room. I asked for king size non smoking room and was given smoking room. The staff was not caring and I was told by one staff member to take it or leave it. Where can I find another room at 1:30am?

  We were very impressed with everything in this hotel, from the front desk service to the rooms to even the breakfast attendants. The housekeeping staff was over the top. Not only did they clean the room they folded our daughters blanket and displayed her stuffed animal on top of it - it reminded us of being on a cruise. The rooms have safes, microwaves refrigerators and coffee makers - for the price of a basic hotel room. The only down side was the pool was closed for maintenance. Well worth the money for this hotel!

  The hotel was newly removated they told us. they forgot to clean the carpets. white socks were a mistake. clean otherwise. i could have had less confusion with front desk ...

  The hotel was newly removated they told us. They forgot to clean the carpets. White socks were a mistake. Clean otherwise. I could have had less confusion with front desk staff if I had called my own reservation in instead of using the travel website.
