  Booked a non-smoking room with two queen sized beds, got a smoking room with two full size beds. first room they put me in the back wall was completely ...

  Booked a non-smoking room with two queen sized beds, got a smoking room with two full size beds. First room they put me in the back wall was completely rotted out (put my foot through sheet rock. When I stepped into the next room, the cover for the AC was laying on the bed. It never worked and I complained to no avail. Rooms and furniture was filthy.

  Desk clerk acted like we were a bother. didn't get the room we reserved. room was filthy. sleep on a park bench before you stay here.

  We made reservation for two queen beds told there was free cont breakfast no smoking room. Once there was told there was only full beds, breakfast was $7.00 got a smoking room with filthy carpet.Complained but never heard back.

  We prepaid; they had the reserv. but no room; found one with a murphy bed for us for $20 less; halls dark and not well kept; no pillows; free breakfast ...

  We PREPAID; they had the reserv. but no room; found one with a murphy bed for us for $20 less; halls dark and not well kept; no pillows; free breakfast was $6.50; staff treated us like an inconvienence; stuck us in a hall with a bunch of kids - forget any SLEEP; contacted them to complain -- NO RESPONSE
