Upon check-in, the bathtub had a thin white residue in it. There was a 'booger' smear on the wall. I called the front desk and they said they would take care of it. We left to eat, returned and it was still the same. We also asked for additional towels because they only gave us two and we used those after we went swimming. I didn't get those towels either. The phone receiver line was broken so you had to hold the line to the phone to talk. The waffles were awful. They were probably spoiled. The jacuzzi at the swimming pool was foaming. I never had to write a review before, but I couldn't in good conscience let anyone experience this again. This hotel didn't meet my standards in all areas.

We stayed at this Days Inn during Thanksgiving break in 2008 and we really enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable. We had stayed here a couple of years ago and the place has been completely remodeled. My grand kids loved the Pool which was heatedand Waffles in the morning for breakfast. We would definetly stay at Days Inn in Rio Rancho.
