  Several famliies were here for a cheerleading competition. Upon checking in, one mother asked to be moved because she saw bugs in the bed when she pulled the sheets back. We all inspected our beds and found hairs and cockroaches in many of the rooms.
  One mother was given a room with a refrigerator in it and it had rotten food left in it and was unclean. She asked to check back out and receive a refund and spent several minutes on the phone with the owner arguing with him before he agreed to return the money.
