  They did not honored our reservation, the key to the room did not work until 5 times of going back and fwd to lobby to fix the issue, they destroy ...

  They did not honored our reservation, the key to the room did not work until 5 times of going back and fwd to lobby to fix the issue, they destroy a pair if pants of my husband and did not do anything. The manager said because of closing books for the year they could not pay back my husband pants but the books were open to received or money. He said he could not do anything until the owner came back from vacation. So if you really want to enjoy a good stay in Obregon, dont stay at this hotel, or they will destroy your clothes and not honer your reservation.

  This hotel refused to honor the prepaid reservation, refused to try to resolve the problem. The manager told me he was offended that he had to ""interrupt his dinner with his wife and children to attend to 'my problem.'"" This hotel does not deserve anyone's business ever! Bad hotel, bad/no service, bad restaurant, just plain BAD!
