I booked a room online via travel website at around 11:00 PM on the day of check-in. I arrived at the hotel around 5:30 AM in order to get a couple hours sleep before a business appointment that I would have to get up for at 7:30 and check-out of the hotel. When I arrived, I was given a smoking room. I am a non-smoker. I visited the room and when I opened the door, the smell of smoke was overwhelming. I immediately called down and requested a non-smoking room. My request was denied. I called travel website to see if they could help. They could not and were not able to assist me any further. I returned the keys to the desk and ended up sleeping in my car for about 1 hour. Attempts to get my money back or a credit through the hotel, travel website and my credit card company have not been successful. I will not be using travel website again and I will be sure to let others know what I experienced here and how I was treated. The hotel was practically empty when I arrived so either they really didn't have any non-smoking rooms on the property or they just wanted to be difficult and not issue me a room since they already had my money. They certainly weren't anywhere near capacity as I know I walked by practically an entire wing with no one in any of the rooms. The room I received was on the second floor and none of the rooms on that floor were occuppied. All the windows were open and the room were vacant. I travel more than average person and have stayed at Days Inn in other cities without problems. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!

I had a horrible experience when i got to this hotel. They put me in a nasty old room with stains all over the walls and the furniture. The ad is deceiving b/c they put a picture of the nice suite building, but when you get there they put you up in this old OLD building that is gross.

Don't book online. Online booking puts you in the old building that hasn't been remodeled. Call & ask for the suites, it's only a few extra $$, and in new building. The room is worth it. Great stay, no complaints! Except the cleaning lady forgot to grab the used hand towel from shower curtain rod. I will be back to this hotel. Great price.
