  An ok place to stay. room and pool were clean. staff is friendly.. our keys would not work the first 4 days we were there. some eating places close by ...

  An OK place to stay. Room and pool were clean. Staff is friendly.. Our keys would not work the first 4 days we were there. Some eating places close by but not much else. Close to the airport. Probably good as a group meeting place. I saw big rooms for that. We were on vacation and did not need them.

  The property is in great shape. the fornt office manager checked us in and was very courteous and friendly. i would recommend this hotel to everyone.

  Very poor welcome as employee assigned me a dirty room. the second room was wrong bedding. no apologies and very tardy in getting me the room type i had booked. ...

  Very poor welcome as employee assigned me a dirty room. The second room was wrong bedding. No apologies and very tardy in getting me the room type I had booked. Staff very young and inexperienced not very professional. The worst part was the airport shuttle driver took me and others to coffee drive thru before dropping us off! I called to complain never heard back from manager, called to follow-up and was told they had lost my contact info and were not able to get back to me! USELESS, AVOID. I stayed at The Renaissance Airport which was heaven compared to this hell of a place.
