The non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke and bad air freshener. This was the first room. Asked for another room and was given another room that smelled much the same. Turned down the covers on the bed and immediately saw 4 hairs on the sheets. There were cigarette burns on the night stand, sink and bath tub of this non-smoking room. After contacting Hot Wire, the front desk clerk contacted us and found another room that didn't smell as bad. Our overall experience was not a good one. P.S. - The advertised rate on the sign in front of the hotel was $35.99 (not a very good deal considering the fact that we paid more to Hot Wire for this "bargain".)

The rooms are not that clean. It was in the high 80s and the air-conditioning was not work efficiently. The front desk was not helpful. They advertise if you need a later check out time just ask. We need extra time they refused. This is one motel we will not be returning to and we will not recommend it to others go else were.

The room was not clean and beds were very soft. The sink had cracks and rust stains in it. The floor in the bathroom was bulging and the shower head was full of hard water residue. Mold and fungus were growing on the bottom part of the shower curtain. The toilet would not flush and the whole overall room was very dark and dreary looking. The chairs in the room had stains on them. No High Speed Internet. My room received a limited amount of TV channels. So many other things I could say, but not enough space to say.

07/24/2006Toilet would not flush, lighting was dim, and i was afraid to touch anything. i bought a bed sheet to cover the top of the bed.

07/10/2006We checked in at 2:30 am traveling with two kids. we were suprised to find a half eaten chicken in the microwave.
