This should not be rated a 3 diamond hotel. Not even a 1 diamond. There is no room service, the pool was filthy, the room needed a good cleaning. There were no washcloths when we arrived and the towels were threadbare and VERY small. Our second nite there, neither keycard would open the door! Outdoor lights go off at 10 pm.

This place shouldn't even be rated. First they told me they didn't have a reservation for me for 2 nights, only 1. Then they said they didn't have a 2 queen room. I finally got a 2 queen room. First nite we had NO washcloths. Called the desk and was told they didn't have any more for the nite! Towels were threadbare. This place is way overpriced and not worth the money we spent. We will never stay there again.

Room needed vacuuming. Think "pebbles" were mattress stuffing. Linens were very tired and torn. Paint chipped from wall. Pool scummy and dirty. Breakfast consisted of Fruit Loops and bread. Paint job unprofessional. Could not wait to leave and skipped advertised breakfast.

But I paid for a hotel. Clean and basic. Couch did not fold out and the 'cot' was just an old mattress put on the floor that I got to make up myself - certainly could have used lipstick on that pig. I would stay there again but not for the price I paid. It is a town full of competing motels.
