I stayed at this hotel because it was close to my grandson. It had a very great price and the rooms were clean and confortable. I really like the bedding it was soft and smelled great. The staff was friendly and heplful. We needed more towels and the head housekeeping brought them to us very promply and even gave us popcorn and treats. They really went out of there way to make us happy. I was conserned when I read some of the reviews online but they have done some restaffing and it really has made a diffence. I look forward to my next trip. Great job

This is one of the worst hotel experiences that I have had in years. It was hard to get to this location even though you can see it right off I-35. Check into the room with 2 adults, and find 1 towel; the front desk doesn't have any more bath towels, so have to make do with several hand towels. There is only 1 power outlet available anywhere in the room. The only other one is located behind and underneath the mattress so that it has to be pulled out. I wouldn't have bothered if the lamp that was supposed to have been plugged in there had not come unplugged. I think the table that my laptop is on is softer than the bed, and the pillows are simply misshapen lumps that are of no use whatsoever. Ive tossed and turned since 11:00 PM and have decided that I will not be getting any more sleep. The room is clean enough, spacious and has a microwave and refrigerator, but I can't imagine staying here more than 1 night to make use of it.

05/14/2008This hotel is quite and the staff is helpful and friendly. i have stay at this hotel numerous times since 2005 and i will continue to stay there.
