We arrived in Jamestown exausted, and decided to try this hotel. The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and clean, with a nice flat-screen TV, fridge, and a microwave. Breakfast was great with a nice selection. This hotel is a great deal, we will probobly stay again the next time we come through Jamestown.

Well, to start off with the check-in was later than that of the other hotels in the area, where friends were staying, so it was an inconvenience to plan activities. However, that's something I should have looked at initially. But when we checked in, the room was far from ready. The bad hadn't been made up or anything. At night you could VERY CLEARLY hear the people in the hallway walking/talking, as well as a LARGE DOG BARKING from two rooms down. It was very hard to sleep with these distractions. It was during a HUGE all-city party when we were there, so I take it with a grain of salt, but I am not rushing to book a room here again. Maybe if I was in a pinch. The room itself was 'ok', had an LCD TV, fridge, etc which was a good deal for the price. The hotel is made up of a few smaller buildings, and the one we were in didn't even have a locking security door, which made it easy for drunks to wonder in looking for their room, which from the sounds in the hallway, wasn't even the right building...
