    On the first day, water was leaking in the bathroom and they had to move us. on the second night, there was a ""lady"" screaming in the next room off ...

    On the first day, water was leaking in the bathroom and they had to move us. On the second night, there was a ""lady"" screaming in the next room off and on from 12am to 2 am. I called the desk twice, nothing was done. When I complained again in the morning at check out, there was no comment. I excepted some compensation for the inconvenience, but nothing was offered. I would never stay there again. Visited in November 2008 for two horrible nights.

    The bathroom was a wreck, the non-smoking room smelled like smoke, the room was dirty, and the beds were very uncomfortable. i refused to stay another night.

    I didn't stay long but my room was pleasant and comfrontable. I enjoy the complimentary breakfast but if you like to eat a big meal in the morning I would hit one of the dinners. The location was great because you have malls and restaurant in the area. The room was clean and the room service was good. I would go back. My stay was Nice.

    I was told i had a non-smoking room but it stank of cigarette smoke. the people in the room next door made noise & had their tv blasting after midnight. ...

    I was told I had a non-smoking room but it stank of cigarette smoke. The people in the room next door made noise & had their TV blasting after midnight. I called the person at the night desk to complain. He stood outside their room, heard nothing & wouldn't do a thing to shut them up. I told him to come into my room to hear the noise & argued with him until way past midnight but he wouldn't do a thing to help. They had their TV on ALL night & I barely got any sleep.
