Great Continental Breakfast!! Bed was very comfortable. The room on the first floor was a little musty smelling. We left the window open durring the day so it was OK. Second floor probably would have been better.

07/01/2009First off, i would like to note that all the employees i had come into contact with were absolutely kind, courteous and 100% pleasant. but... with that said... the room ...
First off, I would like to note that ALL the employees I had come into contact with were absolutely kind, courteous and 100% pleasant. but... with that said... The room was absolutely disgusting. (I will note that it WAS a smoking room). The floor/carpet felt grimey and dirty. The room reeked of funk from the moment you opened the door, and I'm not quite sure that the toilet had been cleaned in the past 12 months...besides a flush. The beds were comfy, but the sheets and comforter were questionable at best. It was across the street from the mall, but no less than $ for a one-way cab ride to get to the harbor. Great if you want to see Chili's or The Gap...horrible if you would like to see the harbor or eat a lobster. I would NOT recommend staying here again...unless they get a new cleaning crew.

This hotel is an older one, but the rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable and conveniently located to the Mall of Maine and the airport. The staff was courteous and I would stay their again.
