We stayed here for a staycation ove Labor Day weekend and I paid cash and was charged again on my credit card for our stay. Hot tub outside was too hot to get in. Fridge was frozen up. And so much for saving money.

Horrible Service

I have a few comments I would like to share:(1) Check-in was pleasant, the outdoor appearance of the hotel is satisfactory; (2) The room had a horrible smell that reminded me of my 90 year old aunt's home (you know the smell); (3) I have never been treated in such a disrespectful manner by hotel staff. 10 minutes before check out (atomic time) I was ordered to open my hotel room door and leave it open and rudely asked if I was staying another night. Last time I checked, check out is at 11am, not 10:50. Wow, I thought. I was one of 3 cars in the parking lot, they must have been in a really big hurry to get the rooms ready for 3 more dissatisfied customers.
I travel 20 weeks out of the year for business, so I am fairly familiar with the way hotels should work. I would never stay at this hotel again. There are several other options in the area worth looking into; I am merely trying to save you some stress on your much-needed vacations. -

I have a few comments I would like to share:(1) Check-in was pleasant, the outdoor appearance of the hotel is satisfactory; (2) The room had a horrible smell that reminded me of my 90 year old aunt's home; (3) the sheets were stained and had hairs embedded in them; and (4) I have never been treated in such a disrespectful manner by hotel staff. 10 minutes before check out (atomic time) I was ordered to open my hotel room door and leave it open and rudely asked if I was staying another night. Last time I checked, check out is at 11am, not 10:50. Wow, I thought. I was one of 3 cars in the parking lot, they must have been in a really big hurry to get the rooms ready for 3 more dissatisfied customers.
If I had it to do all over again I would have chosen elsewhere. -
