I travel to Norman alot for our horseshows. I have stayed twice now at this perticular hotel and both times, the people at the front desk were rude and nasty. When having a problem concerning any matters, they just dont want to hear it and one of the worst hotels I have ever encountered. PLEASE BECAREFUL when staying there !! Not only nasty but no security either

Greeted by hotel clerk, loudly in front of everyone in lobby, "oh there you are, I was just trying to call you, your credit card didn't go through". I only used that card for the reservation, my mother in law was planning to pay for the room when we arrived and I was concerned that she was trying to run the card before we ever checked in. She replied "oh we need that in case you didn't show up". It was pretty embarrassing to hear the giggling and snickering of the other customers in the lobby. Other than the front desk clerk who needs training in tact, the room, hotel lobby were quite tiny and cramped, but clean enough. Breakfast was good enough, nothing special, again very tiny dining area. The only thing going for this hotel is the location. I probably will try another hotel next time as this was my first hotel experience in Norman, but not the last.
