  Upon opening the door to the room, you are hit with a sense that the room isn't too bad - - however upon close inspection, you realize that something isn't quite right. The beds were made, the bathroom sink was clean but when the door to the stool and tub was opened a strong odor of sewer gas hit you. The toilet was filthy, the floor had a carpet of hair and the used towel from the previous victim was still hanging on the back of the door. You know you're not staying in a great place when you feel like you have to keep your shoes on to take a shower. The floor lamp had 3 'Christmas' tree air fresheners hanging on it to keep the room smelling good however they were so charred from the light bulb that it's a miracle the place hadn't burned down. We will NEVER stay at another Days Inn again and we urge you to look elsewhere for a good nights' sleep.
