I was traveling with my friend and her granddaughter, to see her daughter graduate from AIT at Ft. Jackson. When we went to check in the 2yr old was tired and fussy. The man behind the counter walked off and refused to wait on us. We had a crib on or confirmation request. The woman kept telling us she was charging us $5. for the crib. We told them we didn't care, just that the crib was suppose to be in room. They said call desk if it is not in the room. When we got to room, no crib, called front desk was told "we may not get one up there tonight." I went down to the front desk, the man was telling another guest all about it. I look at him and told him our room number and told him I want a crib NOW!!!!. They finally took one up there. There were bugs in the bathroom and it really felt like bugs crawling on us. The room was on my friend's card. I called corporate and told them they need to give her her money back. This place is horrid. A lot of military families stay there.

I will never stay at this hotel again, and I will never recommend this hotel. The rooms were not cleaned properly and the bathroom was dirty especially the bathtub. The walls and the bath had yellow stains on them. The carpets looked like they had not been cleaned in years. We had booked for another night but 2 nights were enough. We were there for my daughters Army graduation or else I would have left immediately. My friend in another room found a dead roach inside her fridge and her bathroom was also filthy. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

i hated staying here but we had no choice. the rooms are nasty the beds are hard the towels arent very clean they have a nasty smell to it the only thing i liked is that it was close to stores so i could go buy towels but other than that i wouldn recomende it the furniture had yello stains the little fridge had food stains well you get the picture ill never stay here again.....

The beds were old and hard. I pulled a table out to use a electrical outlet the floors looked as if never been clean. The bathroom walls & ceilings had yellow stains. I will not stay there again.
